Who could resist smiling at the bright yellow face of a sunflower? I certainly couldn't resist buying it when I saw it sat outside a grotty little newsagents this morning. In fact, I went mad. I bought two! One now has pride of place on my kitchen windowsill, and the other is outside cheering up the garden. And all is well with the world......
